The project included planning and paving approximately 23,000 tons HMA to three to six lanes, 49 cement concrete sidewalk ramps, 520 utility adjustments, traffic loops, and joint expansion repair.

Award: WAPA/WSDOT 2018 Carl Minor Award for Best Project in Washington State; WAPA/WSDOT First Place Quality Construction for Eastern Washington; 2019 NAPA Quality in Construction Award Recognizing Excellence in Asphalt Pavements
